Humble Beginnings
After graduating from Brigham Young University with four degrees and serving as a speech pathologist and high school principal, I found myself selling soap door to door trying to make ends meet. Those early days shaped me — they taught me grit, gratitude, and how powerful simple ideas can be.
Since then, I’ve built on every little success which has allowed me to create products that are nourishing, cutting edge, and genuinely enjoyable. From small beginnings to the cookies in your hands now, my hope has always been the same: to offer something that makes healthy living feel possible — and delicious.
